Shipping Costs are free within the US and Canada. We will also gift wrap for free when requested.
Priority Mail insured shipping by USPS is free within the US and Canada . We are generally flexible about requests for other methods of shipping but the customer will have to pay the additional cost. We never charge a handling fee.
International Shipments
We can ship to many other countries. International customers should e-mail me at LHuhman@verizon.net to get an estimate for shipping charges. Let me know to what country you are shipping, which items you would like to purchase, and how you would like the items shipped before checkout. Large orders must be prepaid by Western Union. Customs, duties, taxes, or other import related charges are the responsibility of the buyer. An invoice stating the value will be included in each shipment.
Customer Satisfaction
We want you to be delighted with your purchases, so we offer a quibble-free return policy. Items must be returned in the same condition received within 10 days. The item must be wrapped securely and insured as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us. The customer must pay for shipping.
Refunds
If payment was made by PayPal or credit care, your account will be credited the refunded amount as soon as I receive the undamaged item. If you have paid by check or money order, you will receive a cashier’s check for the refunded amount.
